Training and Development Officer

Training and Development Officer will play a leading role in providing high-quality support and training for our associates and the teams they work with by:

  • Monitoring and feeding back to our pool of over 270 associates
  • Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with people at all levels both internally and externally
  • Planning, delivering and facilitating training both for and with associates

This role will be hybrid working with one day a fortnight in the Manchester office plus in person training events both in Manchester and other GMC offices.
