About the role
Are you looking for a career in Facilities? The General Medical Council (GMC) are looking for two Facilities Assistants to join our thriving Facilities team who deliver effective, high quality day to day facilities support and reception services within our Manchester City Centre offices.
You’ll have experience of working in a front line customer facing environment and be a strong communicator in person, over the phone and in writing. You will also have the confidence to build relationships with colleagues at all levels to make sure that we deliver on our commitments.
Well-developed IT skills including knowledge of Excel, Word & Outlook are an essential requirement for this post. Proficient use of automated Help Desk and room booking systems would be an advantage but is not essential.
