Adviser Opportunities (Registration and Revalidation)
The General Medical Council (GMC) currently have 3 permanent positions available as an Adviser, you will enjoy plenty of variety in working with doctors and health professionals, you will provide high quality administrative support to the teams for processing applications in-line with GMC procedures. We currently have positions available across the teams below:
What are we looking for?
Administrative experience with a keen eye for detail and good prioritisation skills. A confident communicator who can build strong relationships with people, you should also be able to work as part of a team and on your own initiative.

Appointable Pool
If additional vacancies arise within the next six months, we will aim to establish a pool of candidates eligible for appointment to fill roles across the teams outlined in the job description within Registration and Revalidation directorate. If you meet the appointment standards but are not offered a role initially, you will be added to the pool for six months. Recruiting managers may choose to use the pool or advertise the vacancies separately. If recruiting managers decide to use the pool for new permanent or fixed-term opportunities, you will be guaranteed an interview without needing to reapply.
