Business Coordinator and Personal Assistant - up to 12 months fixed term

About the GMC

We work with doctors, physician associates (PAs), anaesthesia associates (AAs), those they care for and other stakeholders to support good, safe patient care across the UK. We set the standards doctors, PAs, AAs and their educators need to meet, and help them achieve them. If there are concerns these standards may not be met or that public confidence in doctors, PAs, or AAs may be at risk, we can investigate, and take action if needed.

You'll provide high quality diary and administrative support to a team of senior managers, coordinating their often complex and busy diaries, there will be times when you’ll need to reprioritise and manage last minute changes, whilst ensuring wellbeing is protected. 

You’ll need to have proficient experience of using the Microsoft office suite, in particular MS Excel.

Excellent communication skills are required for this role as you’ll be liaising with a wide variety of stakeholders across the organisational and externally.

This is a hybrid role between home working and office working, you’ll work on average 2 days per week in the office. We may ask you to attend the office on additional days where necessary.
