Senior People Data and Insights Analyst

Are you looking for a role where you can play a key part in delivering high quality people data, reporting and reward service. the GMC are looking to recruit a Senior People Data and Insight Analyst to join their team on an 18-month fixed term contract.

You will provide insights into people matters to guide organisational decision making, the role will be contributing to the GMC wider priorities in the People Plan and the corporate strategy.

Summary of the role and responsibilities   

  • To lead the delivery of monthly, quarterly and annual people reports, ad hoc data requests, and our EDI reporting to ensure the organisation understands the progress we are making against our EDI targets.
  • To take accountability for the accuracy, integrity, and governance of people data, implementing high standards and ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.
  • To lead our work on reducing gender pay gaps and maintaining progress to ensure we meet our internal and legislative reporting requirements.
  • To support the development and implementation of the new people system as required.
