Senior Digital Learning Partner
The role
The GMC are currently looking for a Senior Digital Learning Partner to join their Learning and Organisation Development (L&OD) team on a 9-month fixed term contract. This is an exciting opportunity with plenty of scope to make an impact with a fantastic team.
The role will involve leading the digital learning team and work with internal and external partners to develop high quality, innovative and accessible learning solutions that meet the varying needs of colleagues across the GMC.
We’re looking for a compassionate and inclusive leader, who will coach, mentor, and develop colleagues within the L&OD team. An individual who is passionate about digital learning and will lead and inspire the team in further streamlining our design processes and introducing project management principles as well as improving how we engage colleagues in digital learning.
