Regional Liaison Adviser - East of England

Are you an experienced facilitator, trainer, or educator with a background in coaching and training adults? If so, you could play a vital role in improving patient care by delivering engaging and impactful training on ethical practice to medical professionals, patient groups, educators, and students.

We’re looking for someone with excellent communication skills who can confidently engage diverse audiences both in person and virtually. While experience in the health sector is not essential, we’ll provide comprehensive training to ensure you’re fully equipped for success in this role.

About Us

We work with doctors, physician associates, anaesthesia associates, patients, and other stakeholders to promote safe, high-quality patient care across the UK. We set professional standards for our registrants and those who train them, and we support them in meeting these expectations. Where concerns arise—whether about standards or public confidence—we investigate and take appropriate action.

The Role

This role covers the East of England and involves a mix of in-person and remote work. You’ll deliver training in hospitals, medical schools, and other healthcare settings, as well as from home.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering workshops, consultations, and group discussions on ethical guidance, revalidation, and professional standards.
  • Engaging with registrants, students, and patients to gather insights that inform our policies, risk management, and service delivery.
  • Promoting supportive working cultures and helping professionals apply ethical principles in everyday practice.

About You

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Are confident working independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Have strong facilitation and engagement skills, with the credibility to work with senior stakeholders.
  • Can design and deliver targeted training interventions that drive improvement.
  • Communicate complex information clearly and effectively—even to challenging audiences.
  • Are organised, resilient, and able to maintain confidentiality.
