PA and Business Support Coordinator

We are currently looking for an experienced PA and Business Support Officer to join our Communications team on a permanent basis. In this position you will be providing quality administrative support to the Assistant Director.  

Summary of the role and responsibilities

  • Provide high quality, efficient and proactive diary management, and administration duties
  • Arrange internal and external meetings and support meetings by collating and distributing agendas/papers as well as note taking
  • Manage accurate and timely input of the Assistant Directors expense claims into the expenses management system
  • Support the Assistant Director in their wider responsibilities as network sponsor and equality, diversity, and inclusion (ED&I) champion
