Manchester

We work with doctors, physician associates, anaesthesia associates, patients, and other stakeholders to support good, safe patient care across the UK. As Head of Change you’ll build a future with us while influencing our direction with your ideas and management style. Now’s the ideal time to be here, as we transform and progress.

Leading a team of 14, you’ll ensure our Change & Knowledge Management (CKM) function performs at its very best. The team is responsible for supporting the Registration and Revalidation directorate’s day to day operations through the effective management of key systems and document control. They provide expertise in the business analysis to maintain, develop and implement solutions to our systems, and deliver changes to improve operational efficiency. The team also works closely with teams within the directorate and across the organisation to support the delivery of change within corporate projects and programmes.

You’ll provide both strategic and operational oversight for your team to deliver a portfolio of systems, projects and initiatives. Much will depend on your ability to develop good relationships with peers both within and outside of the directorate. Through thoughtful management, you’ll support your team to develop their skills and encourage a culture of collaboration. Working closely with the Head of Projects, you’ll help to shape and deliver your Directorate’s operational plan.

You’ll enjoy working with a team of dedicated professionals in our large, modern office in the centre of Manchester.
