IS Business Analyst

We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join the GMC’s Enterprise Systems team, who can help maximise the potential of the new omnichannel solution. We are looking for someone who has experience of transitioning key digital channels like webchat or emails, from current technologies to the new solution, including integration with the GMC’s CRM and has experience of improving the overall agent experience and management.
As a Business Analyst, you’ll be responsible for delivering key changes to the system through the investigation, specification, and design of high-quality features & enhancements, using agile techniques and methods. The GMC’s Enterprise systems support most of the organisation’s operations; and as such, this role offers an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to several different business areas / stakeholders across all levels within the organisation.

Current expectations, following an induction, you will be required to work in the office on average 1 day every 2 weeks. We may ask you to attend the office on additional days where necessary for example training or team meetings.
